Built for the City of Sacramento, the Meadowview Service Complex houses the City of Sacramento Solid Waste Division.  The buildings include an administrative office building, an employee locker room and break facility, a 27,000 square foot high-bay refuse truck maintenance shop, a truck wash facility and a large fueling station.  Consisting of approximately 28 acres, the site is fully developed and paved for vehicle parking and circulation.  The overall construction cost was approximately $18 million.
