River City Bank
This project included a major renovation of the River City Bank building on Howe Ave in Sacramento. The renovation on the early 70's structure began with complete gutting of the 14,000 square feet . The first floor received a complete remodel to include separate areas for customer banking and an Investments Department. A high level of finishes and detail gave each area its own unique feel, as illustrated in the design of the teller line. The inspiration behind the teller line design was based on the former (circa 1940) D. L. Mills bank located at J & 7th Streets in Sacramento. Installation of an elevator to the second floor was included to serve for a future build out.
